You should not have to trust us.

Most agency about pages ask you to believe a story about the people who work there. That is a weak thing to buy on, and it is not checkable. So this page lists what you can verify independently, what is yours contractually from the first day, and the work we are the wrong firm for. If any of it does not hold up, that is a useful thing to find out before a call rather than after an invoice.

Available to practices across the United States and Canada.

What kind of firm is The 3am Ideas, and who is it for?

It occupies the space between two vendors most practices already pay: an agency that buys media and stops at the click, and a developer who builds what is specified without knowing what it is for. Neither owns the part that decides whether the money actually arrives, which is why the gap persists in practice after practice. This is a marketing technology and revenue team working in one vertical only, healthcare, across seven years, and it writes the software as well as buying the media. Engagements usually open with a diagnostic that reads all three layers and sizes each gap in booked treatments rather than in opinions, because that is the cheapest way for a practice to find out the assessment is wrong. The work suits high-ticket, consult-to-treatment businesses where a single booked case is worth enough that attribution and follow-up repay themselves inside a quarter.

Check it yourself

Four things you can verify without asking us.

None of these require a conversation, and none of them are things we could quietly change if they stopped being true.

01

Google verifies us, at company level

We are a Google Partner. Google grants that on three tested conditions: an account optimisation score at or above 70%, at least $10,000 in managed ad spend over the past 90 days, and a certified account strategist. The badge in the footer links to Google\'s own record. We do not control that page and cannot edit what it says.

02

The search figures come from a property we open live

Every organic number on this site comes from a Google Search Console property for a clinic group we run growth for. We open it on the call rather than screenshot it, which means you watch the filters being set. Take the domain away and run it through Ahrefs or Semrush yourself if you would rather not take our word for the shape of it.

03

The method is published in full, not summarised

Roughly nineteen thousand words across thirteen articles set out exactly how the work is done: capturing the click identifier, carrying it through the CRM, writing treatment value back, uploading inside the 90-day window, and the HIPAA boundary that governs what may leave. It is specific enough to implement without us, which is the point. Nobody who has not built this can write that document.

04

We publish what the numbers do not prove

The results page carries its own caveats: the clinic group is one we operate rather than an arm\'s-length client, search is one channel among several, and timeframes are stated rather than rounded. A firm confident in its evidence can afford to name the limits of it.

Google Partner: verified by Google

Granted at company level and checkable in Google's public directory. The badge links to Google's record, not to a page we control.

If it goes wrong

Recourse, rather than reassurance.

The honest version of "can I trust this firm" is "what protects me if I cannot". That is a contractual question and it deserves a contractual answer.

01

Your accounts, from day one

Ad accounts, CRM, dashboards, domains and code are yours and stay yours. Access is granted to us and can be revoked by you at any moment, without asking. Nothing is held behind our licence, and nothing stops working if we stop working together.

02

A paid diagnostic before any commitment

Most engagements open with a fixed-fee diagnostic of about ten days. You get the findings and the roadmap and you keep both, whether or not the work continues. It is deliberately the cheapest way to discover we are wrong about your business.

03

Fixed scope, or month to month

Beyond the diagnostic the options are a defined build with a fixed scope and timeline, or an ongoing engagement reviewed monthly against cost per booked treatment. There is no annual lock-in, because a retainer that needs a contract to survive is not working.

04

Documented, not implied

Scope, deliverables, data handling and exit are written down before work starts. Where an engagement touches protected health information, a Business Associate Agreement is executed first.

Who we build for

High-ticket, consult-to-treatment businesses.

Where one booked case is worth enough that attribution and follow-up pay for themselves inside a quarter. Clinic owners, multi-location groups, med spas, dermatology, hair restoration, dental and orthodontic groups, longevity and weight management, and the healthtech companies selling into them.

Where we are the wrong answer

Four things we will turn down.

Disqualifying properly is cheaper for both of us than discovering it in month three.

  • Hospital systems and enterprise procurement that require named leadership on a corporate profile. We will not win those and would rather say so early.
  • Practices wanting brand awareness or reach without a booking to trace it to. That is real work and other firms do it better.
  • Anyone needing bookings this month. Attribution compounds; it does not rescue a quarter. If speed is the constraint we will tell you to fix response times and buy paid search first.
  • Single-treatment businesses where a case is worth a few hundred dollars. The measurement costs more than it returns below a certain treatment value.

Bring the numbers, not the brief.

Thirty minutes, your real spend and enquiries, and an honest read on whether we are the right firm for it.
