They were spending well and could not tell what it bought.

What was actually done for Assure Clinic?

Assure Clinic runs doctor-led hair restoration across twelve markets in India and Dubai. Three failures were operating simultaneously: spend that could not be traced to completed treatments, enquiries not answered quickly enough to survive comparison shopping, and a practice held together by tools that did not talk to one another. The work was sequenced by return rather than by layer number, beginning where the cheapest fix produced the largest gain, which is how engagements are scoped now. Attribution was rebuilt so click identity survived into the CRM and treatment value was uploaded back to the advertising platforms as an offline conversion. Organic was rebuilt as reinforcing clusters rather than scattered posts. Across one hundred and eighty days the second ninety produced 2.9 times the organic clicks of the first, while paid spend was scaling rather than being cut.

The problem

Three leaks, stacked on top of each other.

A high-ticket, consult-to-treatment business selling across twelve markets, with every one of the classic failures running at once.

01

The spend was working. The reporting was not.

Google and Meta could see form fills and nothing else, so bidding chased the cheapest lead rather than the patient who booked a procedure. Nobody could name which campaign produced a treatment.

02

Enquiries arrived when nobody was there

High-intent messages landed at night and at weekends. Whoever replied first won the patient, and it was frequently not us.

03

No software matched how the group actually ran

Rostering across twelve markets, capturing the consult, giving doctors a tool they would open. Generic platforms assumed a practice that did not exist.

What we built

In the order that returned money fastest.

Not layer one to layer three. We started where the cheapest fix produced the largest gain, which is how we scope every engagement.

01

Layer 03 first, because it was cheapest to fix

Routing with a named owner and a response clock, structured follow-up across the weeks a high-value decision actually takes, and no-show recovery as a process rather than a good intention.

02

Then Layer 02, to make the spend legible

Click identity captured on every enquiry, carried into the CRM, and uploaded back with the treatment value. Alongside it, a service, cost and comparison page system built to compound.

03

Layer 01 last, once we knew what was missing

Consult capture that files the conversation onto the right record automatically, front-desk tooling, and patient-facing passes. Built to the workflow rather than bought as a platform.

The search data

One hundred and eighty days, split at the halfway mark.

The second ninety days is 2.9 times the first, achieved while paid spend was scaling rather than being cut.

01

Content that compounds

Service, cost and comparison pages reinforce each other, so authority accrues to the cluster instead of to scattered posts that age out.

02

Blended cost falling as organic matured

Organic carried a growing share of enquiries, which pulled blended acquisition cost down even while paid budget rose.

03

Attribution underneath all of it

Because bookings are matched back to source, we can name the pages that produced treatments rather than the pages that produced sessions.

Honest caveats

What these numbers do not prove.

Proof is worth less when it arrives without its limits attached.

01

This is our own operation

Assure Clinic is a group we run growth for, not an arm's-length client. That is why we can open the dashboards, and you should weigh it accordingly.

02

Search is one channel

The organic figures are verifiable in Search Console. Revenue and cost per lead sit in the CRM and ad accounts, and we show those live on a call rather than screenshot them here.

03

Timeframes are stated, not rounded

Ninety days means ninety days. Where a comparison is made, both windows are the same length.

Would this work on your numbers?

Bring spend, enquiries and bookings. Thirty minutes is enough to say which layer would move first, or that none of them would.
